Veterans Recognition Ceremony

Join us as we honor and celebrate our local veterans during SIC’s annual Veterans Recognition Ceremony Nov. 10 at 11 a.m. This event will take place in the George T. Dennis Visual & Performing Arts Center Lobby. All veterans, students, employees, and community members are invited to attend this special event.

The ceremony will feature a Presentation of Colors by the Color Guard from Eldorado VFW Post 3479 and a wreath-laying by the Michael Hillegas Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Guests will also enjoy a musical performance featuring Dr. Tyler Billman, the SIC Concert Choir, and Jenny Billman. The keynote address will be given by Tyler Morgan.

Light refreshments will be served following the ceremony, and everyone is welcome to join in showing appreciation for the men and women who have served our country.
