Swearing In Ceremony - Inaugural Council Meeting
Members of the public are invited to Waitomo District Council’s inaugural meeting on Tuesday 28 October, where our new and returning elected members will be sworn in for the new triennium before friends, family, and supporters.
Each member will make a declaration to serve in the interests of the community. A Deputy Mayor will also be appointed.
The swearing in ceremony will be held at the Council Chambers at 15 Queen Street, Te Kūiti from 9am.
