Italian Art Installation Dedication Ceremony Live
Italian Art Installation Dedication Ceremony
During the Vacri, Italy delegation visit to Farmington, renowned Italian artist Marco Mazzei (@marco_mazzei_artist) will present a sculpture to the community. The Consulate of Italy is donating this art piece to Farmington, as part of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs “Giornata del Contemporaneo” (day of contemporary art) where Italian artists around the world are promoted. Mazzei (@marco_mazzei_artist) will both create and present a sculpture while in Farmington. Fitting for the autumn season, Mazzei’s work will feature a leaf design, that will be displayed at Farmington City Hall. The community is invited to the dedication ceremony on Saturday, October 25, at 11:30 a.m., at City Hall, 23600 Liberty Street.
Mazzei’s leaf-inspired piece, symbolizing growth and connection, will be permanently displayed at City Hall.
Join us for this special dedication ceremony and the opportunity to meet the artist in person!
